About DataFlux Software
We build AI voice agents, chatbots, and workflow agents for companies that need the AI to actually work — not just look good in a demo. 50+ production systems. EU-based. No AI theater.
How an analytics engineering agency became an AI agency.
DataFlux started in 2018 as a data engineering team building Modern Data Stack infrastructure (dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery). It was the right bet at the time — SaaS companies needed their data pipelines cleaned up before they could ship anything analytics-related.
Starting in 2023, the demand shifted. The calls from Upwork changed. They were no longer "fix our dbt models" — they were "we need an AI phone agent that actually works" and "our chatbot keeps breaking on real customers." The same engineering bar — production-grade, measurable, reliable — applied. The tools changed; the discipline didn't.
Today DataFlux is an AI voice agent, chatbot, and workflow-agent development agency. 50+ systems in production across healthcare, restaurants, real estate, SaaS, and e-commerce. Same team, same quality bar, different stack.
We ship AI that works at 3 AM on Friday night — not AI that demos well on Tuesday.
AI theater is the demo that works because the demo was engineered to work. The voice sample hand-picked. The chatbot question scripted. The agent use case curated. Theater is what ships when the goal is a sales call, not a system.
We build the opposite. Our Milina voice agent handles 50+ calls a night at $0.09 per call because we built the boring production engineering underneath — latency budgets, interruption handling, reservation integration, cost monitoring, escalation rules. Our dental AI receptionist hits 100% answer rate and 28% booking lift because we built the BAA-covered HIPAA stack underneath. Our iGaming QA agent went from 66% to 91% accuracy in production because we built a schema-guided reasoning layer underneath.
The difference between theater and production is measurable: does the system still work next month? Next quarter? On Black Friday? At 3 AM on a Friday when the SRE is on call? That's the bar. Everything else is a slide deck.
The people building it.

Plus a curated team of specialists
We pull in voice-infra engineers, backend specialists, and ML engineers per-project — the same small group, not a rotating cast. Every engineer who touches your project has shipped a similar system in production.

AI Chamber CEE · Professional Member
DataFlux is a Pro member of the AI Chamber for Central and Eastern Europe — the industry body coordinating AI policy and practice across the region.
EU-based. Available globally.
Our primary entity is Gazolin Production SRL, headquartered in Baia Mare, Romania — an EU-member state with full GDPR alignment, SOC 2-mappable infrastructure options, and EU-residency deployment capability. For clients who need non-EU contracting (particularly US healthcare and financial services with specific procurement requirements), we contract through a paired entity in Kazakhstan.
Most engagements are delivered remotely with async-first collaboration — Slack, Loom, weekly demos on live systems, and daily access to the engineer building your system. We're in UTC+2 / UTC+3 depending on season; there's meaningful overlap with every business hour from San Francisco through Tokyo.
If you're in the EU, we're your default compliance posture. If you're in the US, we deploy into yours. If you're somewhere else, we've probably shipped in your time zone before — send us the constraints.
Want to talk to the person who'd build your system?
One 20-minute call. No slides, no SDRs, no "let me loop in my colleague." You get the founder on the first call, and if we're not a fit, we'll tell you in that same call — and we'll refer you to someone who is.
